Sample receipt and tracking
Barcode labels and scanning, storage locations, aliquots and a full chain of custody for every sample.
LIMS guides every sample through the lab: receipt, testing, review, reporting and billing. Every change is recorded, and the rules of ISO/IEC 17025 are built into everyday work.
No sign-up. The login is prefilled.

The standard’s rules built into the work, not into binders

You don’t adapt your work to the software; we adapt the software to your work. LIMS is set up around your tests, your documents and the way your lab works.
The tests, panels, limits and specifications you already use.
Report layout, numbering and details exactly as your customers expect them.
Roles, approval steps and rules set up to match the way you work.
Statuses update themselves as work progresses, so everyone in the lab sees the same picture.
Register orders and samples, print barcode labels, record condition, temperature and storage location.
Worklists per department, manual entry or instrument file import, instant check against limits.
A second person checks and approves results. Nobody can approve their own result.
PDF test report in Serbian or English, sent by e-mail, with versioned amendments.
Billing lines are created when the report is issued, with the customer’s discount, ready for accounting.
One system instead of spreadsheets, notebooks and binders, from the reception desk to the quality manager.
Barcode labels and scanning, storage locations, aliquots and a full chain of custody for every sample.
Decimal comma, values like “<0.005”, instant out-of-limit flags and CSV import from instruments.
Results are approved by a second person. Return with a comment, or retest while keeping the original.
PDF with accredited methods marked, content frozen at issue, and amended versions that state the reason.
Customers submit requests online, follow progress and download reports. Each sees only their own.
Tests, panels, versioned methods and specifications, such as a regulation or a customer’s internal spec.
Calibration and maintenance due dates. An instrument past its calibration cannot be used for results.
Who may perform which method, and until when. Unauthorised result entry is blocked.
Lots, suppliers and expiry dates. An expired lot cannot be recorded against a result.
From report through root cause and corrective action to the effectiveness check, linked to a sample, result or instrument.
Every change with old and new value, author, time and reason. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.
Overdue samples, turnaround time, departmental workload and unbilled work, with an export for accounting.
Analysts see every open test, most urgent first. Enter jumps to the next row, and an out-of-limit value turns red while you type. Instrument results are imported from CSV files.

Supervisors review submitted results with limits, method and analyst. Approve in bulk or return with a comment, but never approve your own.

Who received the sample, where it is stored, who moved it, when it was reported and when it was disposed of. For every result: analyst, approver, instrument and full change history.

The test report is one click away once every result is approved, in Serbian or English, with accredited methods marked. An amended report keeps its number, gets a new version and states why.

The customer portal: new requests with a choice of tests, the status of every sample, and report downloads. Fewer “are my results ready?” calls.

LIMS does not replace your management system, but it keeps the records assessors ask for and prevents mistakes before they happen.

| 7.11 Control of data and information management | Role-based access, four-eyes review and an audit trail that cannot be altered. |
| 8.3 Control of documents | Versioned methods; each result remembers the version it was produced with. |
Works in any modern browser on desktop and mobile, and can be installed as an app.
